Make Sure Everything Is Tight
The first place to start is to ensure that all of the hardware is secure. You can use a ratchet fit with a deep socket to tighten all of the nuts. Make sure everything is as tight as possible, but don't overtighten them. If you tighten them too much, you'll pull the carriage bolts through the door or potentially strip the holes.
Inspect The Rollers
If the rollers on your garage door are fitted with unsealed bearings, that can leave them vulnerable to excess wear due to dirt exposure and repeated use. In fact, it can leave the rollers wobbling around in the track whenever the garage door moves. The best way fix this is to replace those worn rollers with new ones. Examine The Hinges
